Use a 1 lb shrimp or chicken breast. Cook pasta first. Mix Roasted Garlic & Herb Olive Oil Blend package with a few drops of water. Then add 3/4 to 1 cup of 100% PURE olive oil and mix. Put only enough mixed oil blend to coat a frypan and cook seafood or chicken in it. When done, add cooked pasta and rest of mixture. Combine in the pan, optional: add grated cheese.
